Refunds and Exchanges

Piñatas Galore do not do any returns on piñatas.

To return any product other than a piñata, you must send your claim to info@pinatasgalore.co.za within 3 business days after receipt of your order.

We will unfortunately not process any refunds should your claim lapse this 3-day period.

In the event of an exchange, A traceable shipping method must be used for returning merchandise.

We charge a 15{01564e1a45526be067e34d7441c3daecc76a4dfe6627f908ddcf53c0bf2a1463} restocking fee for returned merchandise, which will be deducted from the credit.

No refunds on shipping charges.
