How do I order?

How do I buy this awesome product that I’ve seen on your site?

It’s super easy – just click the “add to cart” button, and then proceed to checkout. You’ll need to give us your billing and shipping details and leave any additional information for us in the comments box.

How do I specify my custom requirements?

Selecting options (eg colour or size) for your order

Custom orders have never been simpler.  Just add the product to your cart and continue checking out as normal. When you get to the comments box, indicate to us your colours, size, and any other additional information that you require on a piñata (for example, the name or age you would like specified).

And that’s it! Told you it was simple.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns and Exchanges

We do not do any returns on piñatas.

To return any product other than a piñata, you must send your claim to info@pinatasgalore.co.za within 3 business days after receipt of your order.

We will unfortunately not process any refunds should it lap this 3-day period.

In the event of an exchange, A traceable shipping method must be used for returning merchandise.

We charge a 15{01564e1a45526be067e34d7441c3daecc76a4dfe6627f908ddcf53c0bf2a1463} restocking fee for returned merchandise, which will be deducted from the credit.

No refunds on shipping charges.

How do I place a custom order?

Want to place a custom order?

This is super easy convenient method of creating your own piñata. Head over to the “CUSTOM” tab on our website. Fill out the form. Be as specific as possible in the information box. You’re also advised to upload an image to make this process much easier, and then submit your custom order request.

Delivery information

Getting your order to you

All our deliveries are done via a reliable courier company. The delivery cost is based on the area you are situated in.

Local deliveries include Johannesburg and Pretoria.

Main centres include Pretoria, Johannesburg, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Kimberley, Stellenbosch, George, Port Elizabeth, East London, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Nelspruit, Vaal, Richards Bay, Rustenburg and Polokwane.

Regional areas include Kuruman, The Kruger National Park, Farms, remote hospitals, and power stations.

Please select the correct delivery fee upon checkout and this will be automatically added to your order.

Lead times for delivery are:

Local: 1-2 working days

Main centre: 2-4 working days

Regional: 3-6 working days

Please contact us for the correct delivery costs if you are unsure about which option to select.

You are looking at it!

Piñatas Galore is all online, which is how we’re able to bring you such a wide range of products. So, there is no physical brick-and-mortar outlet to purchase our goods at.

However, we do allow collections from our workshop. You would need to still place your order online and select the collection option on checkout.

We will then notify you once your order is ready to be collected together with our address.
